In October 2025, Projects Revive joined hands with Transform Network to reach and restore hope among the homeless community in Berlin, Germany.

Transform Network (Learn more about Transform Network here), founded by Prophet Nia-Cerise Bayonne, is a Mentorship and Community Interest Company that equips, elevates, and empowers women who have been held back by systemic barriers. To date, Transform Network has trained and mentored over 750 women globally, developing leaders who are shaping culture and shifting atmospheres in their spheres of influence.

Together with 20 volunteers from Germany, the Netherlands, England, France, and beyond, we gathered at Alexanderplatz to bring both practical help and the love of Christ to those in need. Each package contained essential items such as blankets, socks, meals, and reusable water bottles sponsored by Join the Pipe (Learn more about Join the Pipe here), along with Bibles generously donated by CLV (Learn more about CLV here).

But this project was about more than just handing out essentials — it was about connection, compassion, and transformation. Our volunteers went out in groups, spending time with the unhoused, listening to their stories, praying for them, and reminding them that they are seen and deeply loved by God.

This outreach was a powerful partnership, merging Transform Network’s heart for people with Projects Revive’s mission to bring lasting impact. It was not only a blessing to those we reached, but to each volunteer who witnessed lives being touched and hearts opened to the gospel.
